On behalf of our dedicated staff, it is with great pride that I can report to you that since its inception in February, 1984, our Foundation has supported over 27,000 patients from low income families to overcome the potentially serious consequences of untreated cardiac conditions and or other disease by providing financial assistance to ease the financial burden of requisite surgical procedures.

As the Korea Heart Foundation is a non-profit organization supported by corporate contributions and public donations, we owe much of our success to the continued support of medical practitioners and our caring contributors. Without their tireless assistance and generous donation, we would certainly not be the organization we are today. And as we take on the additional challenge of helping families deal with other types of major illnesses, we need to faithfully reach out to the donor community to help us carry out our mission.
